At ACI Cleaning we only collect, process and store the basis minimum information required to be able to provide our contracted services to you.
This information in general will be your name, (the name of your contact or building manager), the address of where the service is to be provided and your billing address if different from the service address.
Any information of a confidential nature which may be passed to us to enable us to perform our services will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
Your information will only be kept and stored by us for s long as is necessary for us to perform our contracted service, in a secure manner.
In accordance with UK Tax Law we have a legal obligation to maintain financial and billing records for up to 7-years; after which time these records are destroyed in a secure manner as required under the UK Data Protection Act of 2018 (aka GDPR UK).
You have all the rights afforded to you under the UK Data Protection Act 2018, however please be advised that we may not be able to perform our services to you if you deny us the ability to deny us the ability to process your information for the purpose of providing our services and the billing thereof.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone unless legally bound to do so, to prevent crime.
